Front Passage into the Rack
Route cables through the panel while maintaining a uniform visual edge around the run.

1U cable entry panel with closed metal frame and nylon brush for 19-inch racks. Allows cables to pass through the mounting plane while maintaining a uniform visual finish around entries. The longitudinal brush opening guides cable passage and conceals gaps around cables.

The longitudinal brush opening guides cable passage and conceals gaps around cables. Used as a transition point between rack areas, complementing horizontal and vertical organizers that support the route.
With a 483 × 44 mm front, it must be installed with sufficient space on both sides for cables, connectors and bend radii. Gently separate bristles during passage and do not force connector bodies that cannot pass freely through the opening.
It is a cable entry panel, not a storage duct or strain-relief component. The brush does not constitute an airtight closure, IP rating, fire barrier or cabinet cooling guarantee.
Installation: check rack format and free space, secure the panel on both sides with compatible hardware, distribute cables without tension on connectors and ensure doors, ventilation and labels are unobstructed. Respect the minimum bend radius specified by each cable manufacturer. Check mounting and contact surfaces during maintenance.

Define a transition point without leaving the entire front space open around cables.
Organize signal and data passages according to the project design, keeping power routes separate where applicable.
Add or remove cables carefully without snagging latches, boots or jackets in the bristles.

It is a passive accessory and does not define the link's transmission category. It can guide cables that physically fit its geometry, provided bend radius is respected and jackets are not compressed. Check fiber optics and larger-diameter cables especially carefully.
