The KONGIA Screw-Mount 19-Inch Rack Blank Panel, 3U is designed to close empty 3U spaces in 19-inch racks and network cabinets. By covering an unused opening, it improves the rack front's appearance, reduces direct dust entry through the front plane and helps limit airflow through unplanned spaces as part of an overall ventilation strategy. Its solid front with a nominal width of 483 mm is made from 1.5 mm cold-rolled SPCC steel. Manufacturing includes pickling, degreasing, phosphating, imported plastic powder application, electrostatic spraying and baked paint. Surface treatment provides corrosion protection, while nanometric cutting technology and deburring help achieve precise, safe edges. Four mounting holes provide conventional, uniform fastening; four M6 × 14 sets with cage nuts and plastic washers are recommended to complete installation. The nominal height of 133.35 mm corresponds to 3U and must match the available space exactly; one U size does not replace another. Before installation, check rail profile, hole pattern, cabinet tolerances and clearance from doors, equipment and cabling. This product supports disciplined airflow management, but its thermal effect depends on the complete rack design, active ventilation, load distribution and environmental conditions.
