Telecommunications rooms
Consolidates switches, patch panels, organizers, PDUs, shelves and fiber links in 32U. The 800 mm depth facilitates planning for bend radii, power, rear maintenance and spare units for growth.

The KONGIA KG-RACK-F32U-800 network cabinet is designed as a protected, documentable and easy-to-maintain consolidation point for professional data, telecommunications and electronic security installations.
The KONGIA KG-RACK-F32U-800 network cabinet is designed as a protected, documentable and easy-to-maintain consolidation point for professional data, telecommunications and electronic security installations. Its external dimensions of 600 × 1600 × 800 mm and 32U capacity organize 19-inch equipment and maintain logical separation between cabling, power and active devices. Its floor-standing format creates organized, expandable infrastructure with switches, patch panels, organizers, PDUs, shelves, fiber optics and security equipment. Internal volume facilitates planning for power, bend radii, rear maintenance and spare rack units. Construction uses cold-rolled SPCC steel with galvanized square-hole mounting posts, 1.35 ± 0.1 mm for the main frame, rear panel and top and bottom panels; 1.6 ± 0.1 mm for adjustable 19-inch mounting posts; and 1.35 ± 0.1 mm for the door frame and removable side panels. This architecture provides rigidity where loads concentrate while preserving installation and service access. The perforated front door promotes air exchange around active equipment; however, actual heat load must be evaluated and supplemented with forced ventilation when the project requires. Removable side panels simplify cable routing, connection and equipment replacement. Top and bottom entries allow data and power cables to be routed and separated; adjustable posts help adapt usable depth to each device. The finishing process includes acid pickling, degreasing, phosphating, imported powder paint application and black electrostatic coating for a uniform surface resistant to technical use. Design and manufacturing strictly comply with ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC 297-2 and GB/T 3047.2-92. Before installation, verify usable depth, weight, consumption, heat dissipation, grounding, anchoring and load distribution of all equipment.

Consolidates switches, patch panels, organizers, PDUs, shelves and fiber links in 32U. The 800 mm depth facilitates planning for bend radii, power, rear maintenance and spare units for growth.
Organizes active and passive infrastructure in headquarters, campuses, hotels, educational centers and industrial plants. The perforated door improves air exchange, and adjustable posts accommodate equipment of different depths.
Integrates PoE switches, panels, shelf-mounted recorders, transmission equipment and power distribution. Organization by rack units helps identify services, separate subsystems and reserve future capacity.
Provides a modular platform for documenting positions, separating data and power, expanding capacity without rebuilding the installation and performing maintenance through removable sides. The final thermal configuration must be validated against the actual load.

Supports standard 19-inch equipment within 32U, such as switches, patch panels, PDUs, organizers and shelves. Check each device's depth, weight and heat dissipation.
The main frame, rear panel and top/bottom panels are 1.35 ± 0.1 mm; the 19-inch posts are 1.6 ± 0.1 mm; and the door frame and removable sides are 1.35 ± 0.1 mm.
Nominal external depth is 800 mm. Also verify usable depth, connectors and bend radius before selecting equipment.
Yes. The 19-inch vertical posts of 1.6 ± 0.1 mm can be adjusted in depth.
The perforated door promotes airflow and provision is made for forced ventilation; thermal design must be validated against the actual load.
Top and bottom entries allow data and power routes to be organized, separated and protected.
The surface is prepared by acid pickling, degreasing and phosphating; then receives imported powder paint and black electrostatic coating.
Design and manufacturing strictly comply with ANSI/EIA RS-310-D, IEC 297-2 and GB/T 3047.2-92.
