How many pieces are included?
A pair of two pieces is included: one for the camera end and one for the DVR end.
Does it require external power?
The video circuit is passive. This SKU also carries camera power through separate conductors in the UTP cable; voltage, polarity, load and voltage drop must be validated before installation.
Which cable is recommended?
CAT5e or CAT6 UTP cable made of 100% copper, properly terminated and separated from power conductors. Installation and equipment affect the transmission distance.
Is the transmission distance guaranteed?
No guaranteed distance is published until the test matrix for the commercial SKU is approved using the specified resolutions, formats, cameras, DVRs and cable.
