Complete fiber optic splicer KIT with case, tools and accessories included as listed in the contents. The sales unit is one complete KIT.

The KONGIA A700 PRO is a new-generation fiber optic splicer and an upgraded evolution of the A80S platform. It incorporates 6 motors with autofocus and core or cladding alignment, expanding on the four-motor architecture of the catalog's A80S for optical network installation, maintenance and repair.

It supports SM, MM, DS and NZDS fibers, with automatic, semiautomatic and manual modes. It combines typical splicing times of 8 s and heating times of 18 s with a 5-inch HD capacitive touchscreen, 300x magnification, memory for 1000 splices and a Spanish interface.

The A700 PRO configuration includes a removable 5200 mAh battery, top-mounted display and hard case. It provides a lower battery capacity alternative within the PRO range, retaining the series' alignment, splicing and heating control functions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to help you select and request this product.

What improvements does it offer over the A80S?

The A700/A800 PRO range represents a new generation with 6 motors and autofocus, compared with the 4 motors of the catalog's A80S. It integrates automatic, semiautomatic and manual splicing modes, memory for 1000 splices and configurable heater control.

What fibers does it support?

It supports SM G.652/G.657, MM G.651, DS G.653 and NZDS G.655. Select the appropriate program and prepare the fiber correctly before splicing.

What do the stated splice losses mean?

The values of 0.02 dB for SM, 0.01 dB for MM and 0.04 dB for DS/NZDS are typical references. Actual loss depends on the fiber, cleave, cleanliness and working conditions. The on-screen estimate does not replace optical link measurement.

What are the differences between A700 PRO and A800 PRO?

A700 PRO features a 5200 mAh battery, dimensions of 231 x 153 x 125 mm and a hard case. A800 PRO uses a 6700 mAh battery, measures 137 x 160 x 145 mm and includes a hard case in this configuration. Both offer 6 motors, a 5-inch display, 300x magnification and an SOC adapter.

Does it support Spanish and record export?

Yes. The interface offers 10 languages, including Spanish. It stores 1000 splice records and has USB for data export and function updates.

Which heat-shrink protection does it use?

It supports 20-60 mm sleeves. The heater supports automatic or manual operation and time and temperature adjustment.

Does it include OPM or VFL?

OPM and VFL are optional platform functions and are not part of the standard configuration described. Ask about availability when requesting a configuration.

What maintenance do the electrodes require?

The reference life is approximately 3000 splices. Cleaning, calibration and replacement must follow usage, observed loss and the equipment manual.
