KONGIA PON optical power meter, rechargeable version, for inline FTTH network testing. Simultaneously measures the 1310, 1490 and 1550 nm channels through two pass-through ports between OLT and ONT.
Offers threshold evaluation, results storage, LED lighting and a protective rubber cover. Choose the power version using the product selector.
The reference connection is FC/UPC with interchangeable adapters. For UPC/APC links, use accessories compatible with the polish at each end.
The images show the reference design of the PON series; the selected version has a rechargeable power supply.

What is the difference between the two versions?
The standard KG-FT-PON-OPM version uses 3 AA batteries. The KG-FT-PON-OPM-R version has a rechargeable power supply.
Which wavelengths does it measure?
1310 nm on the ONT upstream channel and 1490/1550 nm on the OLT/VIDEO downstream channels, simultaneously.
How is it connected for an inline test?
Insert the meter between OLT and ONT using its two ports, following the connection labels and link configuration.
How is it used with UPC or APC?
The reference datasheet specifies FC/UPC. For an APC link, use adapters or transition patch cords suited to the polish at each end; do not mate APC and UPC surfaces directly.
What is the insertion loss?
The value specified in the technical table is ≤0.5 dB.
Are batteries included?
The standard version uses 3 AA batteries, not included. The rechargeable version includes a rechargeable power supply.
How is the LED light activated?
Hold REF/LED to activate the auxiliary light.
