The KONGIA KG-RJ45-CP-C6-S-6C joins two RJ45-terminated Ethernet cables through a female-to-female connection. Its compact PC body and metal shielding facilitate organization and extension of indoor LAN connections.
Choose white, yellow, red, green, blue or black to receive 6 couplers of the same color. The assorted option includes one of each of these six colors. All packs contain 6 units. Contacts are gold-plated pure copper.
The commercial reference specifies compatibility with Cat7, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 cables terminated with RJ45 and speeds of up to 10 Gbps in suitable links. Performance depends on all cabling and equipment; this passive coupler does not regenerate the signal or extend the permissible link distance on its own.

Can I choose a single-color or assorted pack?
Yes. Choose white, yellow, red, green, blue or black to receive 6 units of the same color. Assorted includes one unit of each of the six colors. All prices are for the complete pack of 6.
What do the order quantities mean?
The ordering unit is a pack of 6. For example, 2 packs equal 12 couplers.
Is it a shielded coupler?
Yes. The version shown has metal shielding and RJ45 female ports at both ends.
Is it compatible with Cat7?
It supports Cat7 cables terminated with RJ45, as well as Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5. Mechanical compatibility does not imply Cat7 certification of the complete link.
Does it increase my network's speed or distance?
No. It is a passive connection. The reference specifies up to 10 Gbps under compatible conditions, but performance and distance depend on cabling and equipment.
Is a tool needed to connect it?
No. Insert a compatible RJ45 connector at each end until its retaining latch locks in place.
Can it be installed exposed to water?
This model is intended for indoor connections. No water protection IP rating is stated.
