The KONGIA Sliding 19-Inch Rack Shelf, 1U, 350 mm Depth turns one rack unit into a professional surface for service, test and maintenance equipment requiring frequent front access in floor-standing racks. Intended for devices without 19-inch mounting ears or requiring continuous support inside a wall-mounted or floor-standing cabinet. The platform uses 1.5 mm cold-rolled SPCC steel with folded edges for rigidity and a distributed static load capacity of up to 25 kg. The longitudinal slot pattern allows air to circulate around and below equipment, reducing obstruction compared with a fully closed plate. The pull-out platform and telescopic rails facilitate front access during installation, inspection and maintenance. Machined front ears facilitate alignment with posts, while the matte black electrostatic powder finish maintains a uniform appearance alongside switches, patch panels and other KONGIA accessories. Before specifying it, check usable cabinet depth, rail space requirements and cable slack during extension. For safe installation, center the equipment, distribute the load across the surface and secure all mounting points using the included M6 kit.
Telescopic rails and the front handle bring equipment closer to the technician for indicator inspection, cable connection or adjustments without fully removing the platform. Sufficient cable slack must be maintained throughout travel.
