An inline connection solution for network, CCTV and communications equipment distributors and integrators. The KG-RJ45-CP-C6-WP connects two preterminated Ethernet cables through eight-contact RJ45 female-to-female ports, without IDC termination inside the coupler.
The PA66 nylon enclosure includes an M25 closure, cable glands at both ends and silicone gaskets. The internal module has metal shielding and gold-plated copper contacts. The black cover with blue seals helps identify sealing components during assembly.
The assembly is designed for cable with an outside diameter of 4.5 to 8.5 mm. IP68 protection requires complete assembly, intact gaskets and correct closure around each cable jacket. Protect the ports during installation and maintain shield continuity throughout the system.
For a quote, specify the SKU, unit quantity and cable outside diameter. The package includes the coupler and its closure components; cables and equipment not included.

How is it installed?
1. Slide the nuts, seals and bodies onto each cable in the order shown. 2. Connect the RJ45 plugs to the central module and seat the silicone seals. 3. Close the threaded body first, then tighten the cable gland around the jacket. 4. Repeat at the other end and inspect the closure and connection before exposing the assembly to the environment.
Is crimping or soldering required inside the coupler?
No. Both ports accept preterminated RJ45 plugs. Before assembly, check that the plug and boot dimensions allow passage through the housing parts.
Which cable does it support?
Outside jacket diameter of 4.5 to 8.5 mm and compatible RJ45 8P8C connectors. To maintain shielding, use shielded cables and plugs; the connection does not turn a UTP cable into a shielded cable.
What conditions does IP68 require?
Gaskets must be clean, intact and correctly seated, with both cable glands closed around compatible cables. Do not open the assembly while wet or use it as a permanent underwater or pressure-wash connection.
Does this Cat6 guarantee 10 Gbps in every installation?
No. The published category bandwidth is 250 MHz. 10GBASE-T operation depends on length, components, interference and complete link verification; it is not advertised as guaranteed performance for every channel.
Is it suitable for electrical power or does it imply PoE certification?
