Ethernet interconnection in panels and boxes with all exposed interfaces correctly sealed.

The KG-RJ45-IW-C6-S-CP connects two Ethernet cables through RJ45 female 8P8C ports and integrates the connection into an equipment panel or enclosure.
The KG-RJ45-IW-C6-S-CP connects two Ethernet cables through RJ45 female 8P8C ports and integrates the connection into an equipment panel or enclosure. A shielded Cat6 solution for network, video surveillance and industrial communications projects, without IDC termination inside the coupler.
The package includes a panel module, threaded mounting, gasket, protective housing, cable gland, sealing insert and tethered cap. The black PA66 nylon body and blue gaskets identify this configuration. Contacts are gold-plated copper.
The specified cable diameter range is 4 to 14 mm, with an insert and closure appropriate to the jacket used. Installation with preterminated cables requires checking that the plug and boot can pass through the parts without damaging seals.
IP68 protection applies to the fully closed and sealed assembly, not an open port. Keep the cap fitted when not in use and protect all exposed connections. For a quote, specify the SKU, quantity and planned cable diameter.

Ethernet interconnection in panels and boxes with all exposed interfaces correctly sealed.
Passive network equipment connection in compatible enclosures, maintaining shield continuity.
Integration into protected equipment and boxes; does not imply marine certification or permanent underwater use.
Bring the Ethernet diagnostic connection outside a compatible enclosure to connect service equipment without opening it; close and seal the port afterward.

Quick answers to help you select and request this product.
No. This CP reference is an RJ45 female-to-female coupler for preterminated plugs. The JK reference is a jack with rear IDC 110 termination. Select according to the project's termination method.
1. Check panel opening, thickness and available space using the actual parts. 2. Position the gasket and secure the threaded module. 3. Slide the nut, insert and housing onto the cable, first checking that the plug and boot can pass through. 4. Insert the plug into the module until retained, seat the seal and close the housing and cable gland. 5. Inspect all interfaces and close the cap when the port is not in use.
That is the range specified for the reference. The insert must match the actual jacket diameter and allow correct tightening and closure; do not force a cable or assume one insert seals all diameters equally. Also check plug and boot clearance.
Plug coupling and threaded closure do not require a punch-down tool. Panel preparation or termination of a cable without a plug requires the corresponding tools.
Not on its own. IP68 requires a compatible watertight closure and sealing of the entire assembly. An open port or plug without a sealing enclosure does not form a waterproof connection. Keep the cap closed when disconnected.
No immersion depth or duration is published for this reference. Do not interpret IP68 as unlimited immersion, permanent underwater suitability or resistance to pressure washing.
KONGIA certification and compliance system: RoHS · ISO 9001 · REACH · CE Compliant · IP68.
