Ethernet cable joining at connection points exposed to dust and moisture, with the assembly correctly sealed.

The KG-RJ45-CP-C6-WP-M20-A expands KONGIA's waterproof connector family with a compact 105 mm version for inline Ethernet connections. Its two RJ45 female 8P8C ports connect both cables' plugs inside a protective PA66 nylon enclosure.
The configuration is distinguished by its black body and green outer gaskets. The assembly includes a central module, two threaded housings, nuts and rubber inserts. The IP68 rating applies to the correctly assembled and sealed unit, not open ports.
Installation must be planned before cable termination: first slide on the nut, seal and housing, then crimp the RJ45 plug. The coupler does not require internal IDC termination, but preparing the plugs requires a crimping tool.
For distributors and integrators, this reference offers a solution differentiated by size, connection and assembly sequence. Supplied as a complete assembly in individual packaging. For a quote, specify this SKU, unit quantity and installation requirements.

This version has an overall length of 105 mm, green gaskets and an assembly sequence requiring parts to be slid onto the cable before crimping the plug. It is a separate reference; dimensions and electrical parameters from the blue-gasket model are not applied.
Passage of a plug with its boot through the parts is not guaranteed. This version's sequence is: slide the nut, sealing insert and housing onto the cable; crimp the RJ45 plug; connect it to the module; close the housing and nut.
1. Slide the closure parts onto each cable in the specified order. 2. Crimp the RJ45 plugs using the appropriate tool and wiring scheme. 3. Insert each plug into the female module until retained. 4. Seat the gaskets, close the housings and tighten the nuts around the cable jacket. Inspect both connections before environmental exposure.
It should not be interpreted that way. The drawing shows an opening in a sealing component, not an approved cable diameter range. Select a jacket that fits the insert correctly and allows full closure.
With both ends fully assembled, clean and intact gaskets, and seals fitted around the jacket. Do not open the assembly while wet or treat it as a permanent immersion or pressure-wash connection.
The datasheet identifies this reference as STP. To maintain link shield continuity, use compatible shielded cables and plugs and appropriate grounding.
No. It is a passive coupler. The accessory's category alone does not upgrade the channel or extend length limits; performance depends on all components and assembly.
