The KONGIA KG-RJ45-CP-C6-U-IP67-WH joins two Ethernet cables through an RJ45 female-to-female connection inside a housing with threaded closures and seals at both ends. Intended for outdoor or damp-location LAN and IP/CCTV camera connections.
This version is unshielded UTP. Its ABS housing and eight contacts connect compatible Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 cables. The reference material specifies Gigabit and PoE use, with performance subject to link cabling and equipment. It is a passive coupler and does not increase the network's maximum distance on its own.
Stated IP67 protection requires all gaskets to be installed, the seal to fit the cable and both ends to be correctly closed. Check that the RJ45 connector passes through the sleeve: bulky molded boots may prevent assembly.
Available in white; select a pack of 1, 2, 3 or 5 units. Each pack contains complete assemblies of the same color. Installation images show cables for reference only.

Is this coupler shielded?
No. It is unshielded UTP and does not provide electrical continuity to an STP cable's shield. Select a shielded coupler if your installation requires that continuity.
Which connectors does it have?
Two RJ45 female ports with 8 positions and 8 contacts. Connects two Ethernet cables with compatible RJ45 male connectors.
Which cable categories does it support?
Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 with compatible terminations. Final speed depends on the complete link's category and condition, not just the coupler.
How many units does a pack contain?
The selectable quantity is 1, 2, 3 or 5 units. Each pack contains a single color: white. The cables shown in the images are not included.
Is IP67 protection maintained with the connector open?
No. Stated protection applies to the assembled unit, with correct gaskets and seals and tightened nuts. An open end or improperly sealed cable is not protected.
Can I use a cable with a molded boot?
A bulky boot or protector may not pass through the sleeve. Review the image guide and check fit before installation. The reference material shows an RJ45 without a bulky boot as a compatible option.
Does it work with PoE cameras?
The supplied material specifies PoE compatibility. It is a passive component: it does not generate power. Check the class and power required by the camera, cabling and PoE source.
Does it deliver 125 MB/s downloads?
1000 Mbps theoretically equals 125 MB/s before protocol overhead. This is not a download speed guarantee; performance depends on the entire network.
Does it allow the maximum link distance to be exceeded?
No. It joins cable sections but does not regenerate the signal. Total length remains subject to Ethernet installation limits.
What cable diameter is compatible?
The material does not provide a verifiable range. The 21 mm measurement refers to the outer body. Verify that the seal fits the cable used.
